How Do I Apply My Default SD3 Config To New SDX Kits?

    Legends of Rock? I don’t see that SDX in the store. Don’t you mean Legacy of Rock? If so that SDX only has 1 rack tom in it’s normal setup. Any extra kit piece you add will always be in that upper left corner and can’t be added to the kit like you would a physical drum.

    In answer to the question:

    Is there a 4th Tom even available in the LoR kits

    What you see is how Eddie Kramer recorded them as the kits are reproductions of what John Bonham, Charlie Watts and Mitch Mitchell played. That’s not saying that. you can’t add a new tom. However, it will appear as Jack stated: in the upper left corner as an additional instrument.

    You can’t copy and paste instruments per se, but you can work around this by saving your instrument as a user instrument (right click the kit piece to do so) and then adding the user instrument as an additional instrument. You can work with it from there.
