Same problem here with PT 2023.9 on a brand spanking new Mac Studio M2 Max. Did all the EZ Drummer 2 and EZ Keys 2 updates etc.

EZ Keys 2 shows up just fine.

Not EZD 2. Standalone works fine but not available in Pro Tools as an insert. Driving me nuts cos I want to get started working.

    I was wondering if it’s a Rosetta 2 thing.

Interesting to note I have 3 Toontrack products in my Toontrack Applications  folder……EZ Keys, EZ Keys 2 and EZ Drummer. EZ Drummer does not say 1 or 2.

But when I open it standalone it definitely is EZD 2.

    EZdrummer version: 2.2.3
    Operating system: macOS Sonoma (14)

    Hi,

the long since discontinued EZdrummer 2 is not Apple silicon native, so yes, you would need to start Pro Tools in Rosetta mode for it to show up.
EZdrummer 1 and 2 does not have the numbering distinction between them, since installing 2 would replace 1 in Projects. EZdrummer 3 is a completely new instrument, as is EZkeys 2. They can coexist on the same system as their previous versions.
