Have you tried restarting your computer

The core library shows up as a separate install item in the PM installer.  Make sure you’ve installed it.

Jord has it… look in the PM where your EZXs are, you will see the EZD3 core library there to install separately.

Guys, I did all that. There is no core library install in my PM. It shows that it’s installed. I restarted the computer and still nothing.

    See attached pic.

Your screenshots are only of the main program. The core library is a separate download.

Does it show if you click “All Products” in the PM? What happens if you try to refresh your product listing?

In addition to Jord’s suggestion of refreshing your product list, scroll down PM and select “Not Installed Products” on the lower left and see if it shows up.

Did you get an email from TT when you purchased the upgrade? There should be 2 serial numbers associated with it. One for EZD3 and one for the Core Library.

    Hi Jay.

I checked your account and for some reason your EZD3 Core Library didn’t auto register to your Toontrack account. I manually added it so it should now show under your EZX list.

Hey guys, I got an email from Scott at toontrack. He looked into my problem and found that the PM did not auto populate the way its supped to. So he manually added the core library to my account, so I have it now. Thanx for everyone who helped me resolve this issue. Rock on.

    Jay
