Hi,
How do I make the kit pieces in an sdx available in the SD3 Tab?
Currently, the dropdown lists sd3 and my Sdx pack kits separately, and I would like to mix the kit pieces from both.
Thanks,
John
…also is there a search function in the forums?
Hi,
if you right-click a kit piece on the DRUMS page and select ‘Search for Instrument’ from the menu, you can search for and replace kit pieces from all your installed sound libraries.
This menu also lets you Stack sounds, import your own audio samples, Save and recall User Instruments and more.
If you do not wish to replace an Instrument but to add one, you click the ‘Add Instrument’ button in the upper left corner.
BR,
John

Thanked by: John HaderJohn already answered the kit piece issue. I can, however, answer the question about a search function. There is a ‘search’ field at the top of every page. Another way to search, and it often works better than a built-in search function is to use the Google site search operator as outlined here: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/monitor-debug/search-operators/all-search-site
Works for just about any site on the web.
