Your 1st image displays a message that the product is only *partially installed*.
Please download the installer again and reinstall the product.

Which DAW are you using? And please never post your serial number online.

Download and run the latest 3.0.6 installer from the Product Manager.

In the EZD3 installer there is a portion of the installer titled INSTALLATION TYPE (to the left of the installer) in this section there is a CUSTOMIZE button that allows you to view the plug-in types being installed.

Make sure the check all the boxes for a full installation of EZDrummer 3.

I have re installed it but still encountering the same issue. I am having a strong feeling I need to download the latest version
