Hi all!
I am new to the Toontrack family and just purchased EZDrummer 3, I love it so much.
I have a problem. There is a sound I have imported for the snare from an external source from my WAV library. I have simply dragged and dropped the sound into the snare itself. The sound of the snare is matching now the one I have in the library.
The issue is that it sounds quite different from the one I have in the library, which is richer of low-end. I preview it from the Studio One browser and play it by clicking on the snare in EZDrummer. Can anyone help me match the sound?
My troubleshooting so far:
- The drum channel is clean until the mixbus, everything is passing through, thus no processing to the sound is happening outside of EZD
- I am testing the sound in EZD with full velocity
- I am certain that the preview browser in Studio One has no audio processing at all
- I have flattened all the Reverb and Compression settings in the Mixer tab in EZD
