If you already have EZKeys when you add the upgrade Full version) to your cart does it give you the option to get the upgrade instead of the full version?

Are you signed into Toontrack under your user account? It should see that you already have EZKeys.

Yes, I’m signed in and I already have Ezkeys1. The Toontrack payment screen shows the discounted price of 79Euro.

I would prefer to use PayPal and Google Chrome on my studio PC as I always do.

When will the bug be fixed at your end? I do not want to miss the pre-order price offer.

OK, I’ve managed to buy the upgrade to EzKeys2 for EUR 79 using PayPal on my Android tablet.

Sounds like a bug needs fixing in relation to Toontrack purchases, Windows-10 and Google.

I had the same problem (using iPad and Windows 10) and also managed to buy correctly via Android (with PayPal).

I think the incorrect price is 79+vat/tax, cause for me the incorrect price was 95,59 euro which is exactly 79+21% (= tax amount here in the Netherlands).

i own a licence of EZKeys with the sound Expansions Vintage Upright, Retro Electrics and Melotron, but i´m not able to order the Upgrade to EZKeys 2 for the Upgrade Price of 79 € at your Webside. I use a Macbook Pro with Safari or Chrome. Both don´t give me the Option. Can anybody help me?

You need a Regular version (not a Sound Expansion) of EZkeys 1 registered to your account in order to be able to purchase the Upgrade to EZKeys 2.

Try it with android. Android tablet or android phone.

And/or make sure you are logged into your Toontrack account.
