I’ve used the tight room kits. The Kicks have a long low rumble in the samples, after the attack. Can be gated out, but I wonder why the samples were released with, what I consider, ‘noise’ that is not adding to the sound at all. Just adding low mud. Could this be fixed in an update?

That’s why kick drums are also known as bass drums and why drummers put padding inside them. Have you tried tuning them higher? My go to kick is the Roomathon in the Metal EXP, for its short note.

Do you know how to borrow drums from other kits? There might be one in another room that you like.
