Hey guys im new over here and just wanted to know if somebody also had the same experience as I with EZKeys. I just installed it. I had a free Demo version installed first. Know my computer keeps telling me “Studio Grand is not authorized on this computer”.
I tried reconnecting the authorization of my computer in the Toontrack Product installer Ap but it didn’t work at all. After trying deleting the demo version I couldn’t even reinstall it again. Luckily I still had the program in my trash folder and could reactivate it. So if anyone ever had the same problem an knows how to fix it pls pls let me know

Hi Abby,
Could you post the details of your EZKeys Installation (without the serial number) from the Toontrack Product Manager application (not the web version) so we can see what state everything is in.

Ofc, here u have it. everything seems to be installed how it has to be.
Support told me to Uninstall the demo version because it was the one I had installed first.
And then to Install EZKeys new over the product manager app but I can’t install the deinstaller because it says that it has to be actualized by the programmer itself.
Here the Pic u asked for.
It says= Ready to use *newest version is installed.
Authorization= this computer is authorized

Thank for ur help the support found the problem. I was because i downloaded the demo version at first.
i had to deinstall one special folder. Know its working again.
