Sorry if this is mentioned some where else but I can’t seem to figure this out right now. I am using Pro Tools 10 and just upgraded to EZ Drummer 3 From EZ Drummer 2. I can use the program stand alone but when I try to open it as an insert in Pro Tools 10 I only see EZ Drummer 2 and not version 3. I think this is because the version of EZ drummer 3 installed is 64 bit so its not showing up in my insert list in Pro Tools. Is there a way to get a 32 bit version of EZ Drummer 3 or how would I be able to open this as an insert in Pro Tools 10?
Why are you running a 32bit version of Windows 10? I suggest you upgrade to a 64bit version. You might as well go to Windows 11.
I’m not running a 32 bit version of windows, I am running Pro Tools 10 which is 32 bit. I have to get a newer DAW to run EZ Drummer 3 it seems then since it is 64 bit and will not show up in Pro Tools 10.
I’m having issues. Used 32 bit version for 2 years worked well, upgraded to 64 bit now is fraught with issues, standalone fails to start and can’t get any sound out of cubase. Why the issues, seems the upgrade is crap and full of bugs. Don’t get drummer 3 it’s now rubbish.

EZdrummer version: 3.0.6
Operating system: Windows 11
Hi there,
Fails to start with an error message? If so what is the error message?
I am assuming you unistalled the 32bit version before trying the upgrading to 64bit.
Lots of Cubase users here, hopefully someone using it will chime in with some answers.
Been using EZD3 on Mac and Windows since it’s release, error free.

DTX Express III (Extreme triggers), Nektar LX88
OWC Thunderbay Mini (4 X 1TB Sata SSD), Express 4M2 (4 X 2TB M.2 SSD), Envoy Express (1TB M.2 SSD)
Presonus Quantum, Faderport & Faderport 8

Launch from desktop, splash screen appears saying loading, after 12 to 15 seconds splash screen just disappears. Have completely uninstalled and re installed 5 times , same result. No point worrying about Cubase issues until standalone problem resolved..

Yes let’s get the standalone to work first. So if you can post the Product Manager installation info like mine above, that might give us a hint to what is (and isn’t) happening.
