Ezdrummer 2, routing kick out to seperate track drastically changes sound

    There is not bus processing when using multiple outputs. That is why there is a difference in sound. You will need to supply your own bus processing in your DAW if you intend to use multiple outputs.

    Figured that was the case (but hoping i missed something) all good, i think i can get by side chaining the dry signal in my case.

    Or you can go multi-out and add some compression and an EQ, and perhaps even a tape plug-in your DAW.
