It would be helpful in most posts and questions if the user would clarify how there are using SD3.
For most topics there is a large difference in user needs and techniques for playing E drums with SD3 , as opposed to using SD3 for recording/programming drums in a session.
Myself; I hardly every use my electronic drums to play SD3 sounds. ITs almost all programming, selecting grooves and adjusting via my DAW.
I wish there was a specific category in this forum for the “non drummer” issues and techniques.

Hi Patrick,
the majority of SD3 users are not E-drummers and there is a separate section of the Forum called the E-drum Workshop for E-drum specific stuff.
E-drummers may need help with queries not necessarily connected with E-drum hardware, so I do not see how that would be beneficial?
Maybe you could give an example where it would be better to divide SD3 Help posts/sections into SD3 non-drummers and E-drummers?

John
