Yes. It’s a bit of busy work and only Per Product Library. These are the rules from EZD2, hopefully someone will correct me on any changes, though it seems to be the same in EZD3.

If you load a specific Product Library, “EZD3 Bright Room” for example (or any EZX), you may create a User Kit with all the drums/levels/tunings that you want that derive specifically from the Drums Tab. After you save that User Kit (which is at the bottom of the Preset Menu in the Upper-Right) you may change the Library Preset (not the Product Library though). After selecting which Library Preset you like the sound of (still in the Bright Room, btw) you may now load your User Kit in and hear your User Kit in the new Library Preset.

If you change your Product Library (say to the Americana EZX), you must create a new User Kit all over again. User Kits may not be shared between Product Libraries.
