Hi,
I’ve searched all over for the “Activate Outputs” option to add 3/4, 5/6 output. Any hints? I’m using SD3 in Reaper for Windows.
If you’re talking about enabling multi-out in SD3 it’s simple if you read the manual. Go to the mixer tab in SD3 and then click on the mixer tab in the left-part near the window header and select ‘apply multichannel outputs’. As for Reaper you should read it’s documentation.

Thanked by: Scott EshlemanI know how to do routing on Reaper, I’m asking how to add 1 or 2 additional outputs – I don’t want to separate the whole kit into 15 different channels, I just want to have 2 or 3 for different busses. I’ve seen this option on a YouTube vid, but it was on a Mac (little drop down triangle in top right of wondow).
Assign the output of the desired channels or busses to the one you want instead of the main output. Add the outputs in reaper and you are good to go.

Thanked by: Scott EshlemanHi there,
SD3 only outputs in stereo pairs I am afraid unless you are using Cubase where you can output all on mono outs then pan 2 L & R for the stereo ones you need for overheads etc.
if your question is about assigning outs to individual tracks u best see manual or YouTube
There is a thread on how to create mono outputs in other DAWs such as Logic Pro X.
