presets not showing in Studio One DAW or in EZdrummer 3 Preset folder

Hi,

The presets are not showing in my Studio One DAW or in the EZdrummer3 Preset folder. I downloaded everything correctly using the Product Manager.

Please advise.

is it possible to combine both of my accounts into one so i have all registered products listed on product manager i purchased super 3 on guitarcenter web

and i used my new email sucks logging in and out to check on updates
