    Hi,

if I follow you correctly, you have clicked the ‘Download’ button next to the Full Product in the PM but you do not get the Uninstall option in the small menu right next to it, like in my screen shot?EZD3_Uninstall You can locate it in the Downloads folder?

Currently, the “Uninstall” entry may be unavailable in that menu, it will be fixed in the next update of Product Manager. For now, use “Open in Finder” to access the EZD3 uninstaller.

Thank you. The uninstall option does not appear in the dropdown menu either, but the “Open in Finder” option allowed me to access the uninstaller.

Followup question: the uninstall process was quick and didn’t seem to include a returning of all of the disk space. How can I get the space back?

You mean the space taken by the libraries? They are separate and have a separate uninstaller. You can also manually delete the EZX3_* folders if you know where they were installed (by default in Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > EZDrummer).
