Please take a screenshot of the Installation Info view for EZdrummer 2. In Product Manager, click Show Details and then Installation Info.

Hi, thanks for commenting and sorry for being so slow to get back to you with these. As you can see it currently shows that EZD2 is not installed. I click “Install Product” and everything appears to install fine. But back in the Product Manager nothing changes and it just shows as uninstalled.

Oh, I see. Open the menu to the right of the software update (version 2.2.3) and select Open in Finder, then start that installer from Finder.

Hello, thanks again for your response. That has worked, however I have now hit a new problem. Once it was installed it made EXD dissapear from my DAW (Logic 9 Express). I realise it’s installing the 64 bit version, but I need the 32 bit as my DAW is 32 bit. Is it still possible to get hold of the 32 bit version?

I actually found a screenshot from before I had to wipe my MacBook and it was ver 2.02 I last had working.

In that case you need to use version 2.1.8. First use Open in Finder on the 2.2.3 update and run the Uninstaller, then install either the full 2.1.8 or the 2.1.8 software update.

Never mind, I've found the button to make Logic run in 64 bit. All sorted and working now.

    Thanks again for the help.
