Is the computer just hosting SD3? Does your external speaker system have it’s own audio amplifier? What kind of input is on that amp? Depending on what that input is take an audio output from your audio interface and connect it to your external system. Do NOT use an output from an onboard sound card as that won’t be anything you’d want the public to hear. One of your biggest problems is going to be the latency in audio output from when you hit a pad and the sound comes out of the speakers. You’d have to run a real low buffer setting on your interface to make it playable in time. The other big problem is getting the right levels between the audio interface and the external speaker system.

Thanks for replying this is what i have

Macbook pro with Superior Drummer 3 and 2 additional toontrack expansion packs  I’m using a Yamaha DTX M12 as my midi trigger controller using  a usb to usb b connector I have connection from SD3 to the M12 meaning when i hit the pads on the M12 they are triggering the drums on the SD3 and i get sound coming out of the computer speakers on the M12 I have a 1/4” cord from mono out to the 1/4” input on my RCF Jmix 8  this is where i have an issue the sound should come from the SD3 back to the M12 and send sound to the RCF Jmix  I get nothing coming out of my RCF? I’m loosing my mind and don’t know what I’m doing wrong I cant speak to anyone at toontrack which is even more upsetting.

Thanks for getting back to me I really appreciate your help attached is my info w/cell # I you can call me if you like it would be nice to speak to a real person and not just texting.

I don’t do real time phone calls so posting here is the only help I can give you.

Ok so you are running SD3 as standalone in your computer right? You need a real audio interface to get audio out of your computer. The audio output on your computer is probably headphone level at best. It doesn’t have the capability to drive your JCF. Your description is very confusing. There are no speakers on the M12 – I know because I have one that I use as a trigger for SD3 running inside my daw which is ProTools 2021.6. The SD3 output is coming from your computer and NOT the DTXM12. Once again – get a real audio interface, connect it to your computer, install any driver software and configure SD3 as you need to – to do that PLEASE read the manual that comes with SD3 as I don’t know how to set it up in standalone mode and audio output. When you get that done connect a stereo (2 channel) line output from the interface and connect to a line input pair on the JCF.
