Will EZDrummer 3 work with Pro Tools Intro v2022.12.0?
At first it did not. According to a more recent article, yes: https://www.pro-tools-expert.com/production-expert-1/pro-tools-intro-expert-review

I guess my question is does EZD3 AAX plugin (specifically) work in Pro Tools Intro…I don’t see anything in that article that specifically calls out EZDrummer.
Is EZD3 64-bit or 32-bit?

EZD 3 requires a 64-bit host. Pro Tools Intro does (as @shootie indictated) support third party plugins. Those 2 statements to me, says that PT Intro should run EZDrummer 3.
EZD 3 does install an AAX plug-in.

UPDATE:
I hate answering my own question! …but the responses here gave me enough faith that it should work. So I went ahead and purchased EZD3 (3.0.5) and it runs in Pro Tools Intro. Well, it opens up and makes sound, haha. Time will tell how well everything works.
