Hello
I purchased EZdrummer 3 yesterday.
VERY pleased with it. Sounds amazing and really easy to setup.
However there is a bug in how my crash is handled.
Kit: Alesis Nitro Mesh
OS: Windows 11
EZ: latest version, think it is 3.0.5
Crash works fine, until you choke it.
After choking, the cymbal sounds like it is permanently choked, with your hand on it.
MIDI note is still 49 before and after choking. i.e. the MIDI note does not change.
The crash is single zone.
Only way to fix it is to exit EZdrummer and restart it.
I’ve searched for this issue, and it goes back to EZdrummer 2.
Is there a workaround?
Hi,
Have you selected the e-drum preset Alesis > Nitro? With that preset active, the cymbals should not stay choked.

Thanked by: Lee ChisnallHello Olof
I started with the Alesis > Nitro preset, then made some changes, like toms assignment.
I’ve started again from scratch, loading the Nitro preset again, and the problem is now solved.
Thanks
