VST and AU not installing

  Hello, I’ve had to reinstall all my EZ Drummer libraries, and all are appearing as downloaded and installed and up to date in the Product Manager except for the Main EZ Drummer Library, which constantly shows the attached screenshot message in red of “partially installed (VST and AU not installed)”. No matter what I do I continue to get this message. any help is greatly appreciated.
