Is there a way to adjust the velocity, damp, attack etc. apart from the groove window? I don’t want to use grooves, but I want to be able to adjust attack etc for live recording.

Hi,
you can adjust the Input Velocity Curve in ‘Settings > MIDI Input…’.
For live playing, you can use the Mod Wheel (CC1) for Vibrato, you can use the Sustain Pedal (CC64) to let notes ring and finally you can use CC67 for Soft/Damping notes.
Apart from the obvious key switches, that is.

John
