Hello, I use EZ-Drummer-3 in Logic pro x.
The volume of the track in Logic is constantly changing the volume level (+/- 20db)
This happens both when creating a new software instrument track with EZ-3, as well as when duplicating EZ-3 tracks, or when exiting and restarting from the Logic project. Do you have any ideas, problem more in Logic or in EZ-Drummer settings? Best regards Thomas
Please elaborate on your issue. How is the volume changing? I’m running with EZD3 in Logic without issue.

for an example see enclosure
When creating a new EZ Drummer track, the volume is in the green range and the slider is at 0 dB
As soon as I close the project and reopen it, the volume overloads massively…..
the same when i select a new presete or duplicate the track …. Thomas
I know this is an old thread, but I have the same issue. Did you work it out?
ZIP up your Logic Pro X project without audio and post it so we can have a look.

I found a solution. Thanks though. I still don’t know what the problem is and it happens every time I open a project with ezd tracks.
I fixed it by making a new ezd track and moving the midi there. Before that I tried reloading the plugin and that would fix the volume issue but the multitrack routing would then fail somehow and only the “original” stereo track routing would work. My technical skills are still pretty novice so this is unfortunately the best way I can explain it.
It might help to post a project for us to look at. You shouldn’t have to do anything.

All right I’ll try and upload it tomorrow. It’s well into the night in my part of the world.
I have just tried to upload a zip of the project but the file is too big. What am I doing wrong?
You probably still have audio in the project. Go into your audio tab and remove it.

I have deleted all unused files now and it still won’t let med upload it. The zip file is 35 mb.
Only thing I can think of is importing only the EZ Drummer instrument track into a fresh Logic project.
Otherwise make it shareable on your iCloud Drive

I have a volume issue as well. When I route ezdrummer multi channel in logic and arm the tracks for recording, the volume and velocity spikes. I have tried everything to fix it. However, if I only have one ezdrummer track with no aux tracks for each drum, when armed to record, it won’t ,spike. It’s very frustrating.
