Ezd3 swapping sounds between expansion packs

    The issue I find when doing this is the sample doesn’t sound right when imported to another kit under another expansion pack, for example a cymbal might be extremely loud to the point of distortion, and no matter how you adjust the levels it still seems to have that noise. Doesn’t happen with all of the expansion packs but it happens enough to point it out.

    But yes you can Frankenstein any kit.

    That being said I also notice the recording quality of the samples vary between core libraries and expansion packs, mostly in terms of volume. Seems the core samples sound better than some of the expansion kits.

    Thanks to both of you.it works! DrMr76 thanks for pointing out the increase in volume issue. In my case,i just had to lower it a bit and it blended in well.
