I am looking for support regarding the Black Friday deals in relation to upgrading my copy of EZdrummer and I will try and be as clear and concise as I can be. I will also use the bold styling to make skim reading easier.
I have two problems which I will break into two parts.
I have an EZDrummer 1 regular licence. I am eligible for the EZDrummer 3 upgrade. There are two Black Friday deals which make it particularly enticing to upgrade this weekend.
As I understand it (and I could be wrong), the deals are as follows:
Part 1: A coupon code for an additional 20% off the upgrade price.
Part 2: An additional expansion pack with a regular purchase.

Part 1: I have confirmed through customer support that I am eligible for the extra 20% coupon code but I am not receiving any marketing emails or contact from Toontrack. I have signed up through the email icon at the bottom of the page. So far, Toontrack support have been brilliant (fast and with good advice). I have checked to ensure that the toontrack.com domain is not blocked or entering junk mail. All is set correctly but I am still not receiving the communications. As a further step, I have installed the software manager on my computer and registered inside the software manager through my Toontrack login username and password.
Unfortunately, I still do not have the code and the deal time is running out. I would like support through the provision of a code by the support team. I can confirm that I am successfully receiving emails from the support team.
Part 2: From the advertisement, I can see that there is an additional pack with a regular purchase. I am completing an upgrade which is why I presume I am not eligible and why there is a 20% discount as an alternative. In my cart, I have the following listed:
EZdrummer 3 – Upgrade = EUR 89 (incl .VAT)
EZdrummer 3 Core Library… = EUR 0.00 (incl. VAT)
Pop/Rock EZX Free product for EZdrummer 3 – Upgrade = EUR 0.00 (incl. VAT)
My question is as follows. Is the Pop/Rock an offer only for Black Friday? or is this standard with an upgrade?
The reason I ask is that I am hoping to upgrade within the Black Friday window to obtain the best possible deal and if this is a standard addition then hopefully I have a longer time to resolve the problem with the coupon.
