When using SD3 standalone together with my Roland TD27 through my Mac and audiocard it sounds great. When creating a track in Logic with SD3 triggering SD3 with my TD27 in Logic there´s a flange/phaserreffect on the drums and cymbals. When using the mouse and “hitting” the drums in the SD3 window while being in Logic there is no flange/phaseffect on the drums, only when triggering them with my TD27. Any idea on what´s going on here?
This thing happens both when listening back through my monitors or with running a monitormix out from my soundcard to a submixer into headphones…
Do you have drum MIDI both on the MIDI track in Logic and the Song Track in S3? If so, turn off Follow Host in S3 otherwise it’s triggering the samples twice over the top of each other.

Sounds like a MIDI echo. How is your TD-27 hooked up?

Thanked by: VintagebuaThanks! I forgot to unplug a midi cable while experimenting with both USB midi directly into the computer and a regular midicable from the TD27 into the soundcard to see which gave the lowest latency. Unplugging the regular midicable solved it! My bad. Thanks for the help guys!!
