I’m new to the forum (first post), but I’m a long-time user of EZDrummer as well as Superior. I never had any complaints about any product, as they have always worked perfectly with my V-Drums. Here’s the reason for my post:
I simply wanted to thank the Toontrack team for doing such an excellent job on the latest EZDrummer release. After years of coming up short, the Ludwig Hollywood kit 100% completes my quest for more kits, and you have fulfilled my dream of being able to have “that” sound in my headphones (although the cymbals are very low in the preset, which I’ll fix in Superior). Someone must have been there in the control booth reading “Recording The Beatles” and I can only imagine how wonderful that kit must have sounded live and in person. It also appears to have been more meticulously recorded than other EZ kits, with lots of options and alternate hits… well done!
BTW, I have a collection of MOGG Beatles files… essentially they are as close to having multitracks to play with. I got rid of the drum tracks and played along to their rooftop stuff for over 2 hours this morning. I can’t wait to explore the other rooms!
