I am trying to download the libraries and it keeps saying folder not created. I would have to store the libraries on my external HD due to size. Can someone please help. The product manager and SD3 drummer is on my MacBook HD. It didn’t give me an option to download them somewhere else. I’m stuck. Please help if you can!

    Kind Regards,

    John

    Hi there,

Go into Toontrack Product Manager > Preferences and change the download location to your external drive. This location is where the installer and supporting data are downloaded. Once you have finished downloading, you will run the product and then sample library installers. With SD3 when you run the installer for Part 1, you will have the option to browse and locate the library to a drive and folder of your choice.
Keeping in mind that Toontrack is only testing on Ventura and haven’t certified on it yet, AFAIK.
