I am trying to export my drum track as an audio file. Any time I try to do it, it asks what folder I want to save it to, and runs through the whole process, then pops up an error box reading “Could not create files. You do not have permission to write to the selected path. Please choose another export location.”
I have tried it several times, to a different folder location, and I keep getting the same error.
I have tried to find settings for which folder it’s supposed to go in, etc… and I can’t find anything.
What am I doing wrong? I never had this issue with EZD2.
Thanks!
Hi,
if you right-click the EZdrummer 3 app and select ‘Run as Administrator’, does this help with the permission problem when Exporting?

I don’t even have that as an option from the desktop icon. I even opened up the app properties, and made sure all the permissions were checked. Still nothing.
I then opened ezd3 through the start menu, and ran as admin… Same error as before.
Are you able to save an EZD3 project in the same location?

It finally worked. Who knows…
I tried again making sure the folder I was saving to was the same one showing in the settings, and all is well since then.
Thanks for the suggestions!
