    Is it a strike or the hat opening?

    It is the hat opening (A#1). But I tried it also on F#1 (the closed tip) and I encounter the same issue

    Hats make a sound when opening. EZD is being true to life.

    I don’t understand. So how can I manage to make it changing sound from open to close or viceversa hitting the same note?

    Hi mnstudio,

    use the ‘Edge Trigger’ #7 / G-2 and Tip Trigger’ #8 / G#-2 notes instead of the standard articulations.
