I got exactly the same issue -.- paying over 230 euros just to have a program without any grooves is really nice….

I installed the Midi Files via Toontrack Product Manager and it say installation complete while not installing my MIDI Files.

I cannot update them and i also cannot install the MIDI Expansions i bought as well. Whenever i click on install it installs them say installation complete while not installing anything. WTF is this ? Wasting my whole day trying to get this to run but it wont. I already deleted everything and redownloaded and reinstalled but nothing seems to work whatever i do.

    same problem here.

I have tried to rename the folder and point to the newly named one but I still have no midi files

    Is there a solution

Did you download and install the EZDrummer 3 Core Library?

    What folder did you rename?

What did you point to it?

How did you point to it?

Can you provide a screen print of the contents of the new folder?

EZDrummer 3 Core Library is installed but it reports that a newer version is installed (not sure how it is possible). I have 1.0.0 in the Product Manager but apparentely I have installed 1.0.1 (maybe because I had a trial version first with 1.0.1 Core Library?)

    I have renamed

    C:Program Files (x86)Common FilesToontrackEZDrummer

    to C:Program Files (x86)Common FilesToontrackEZDrummer_fixLibrary

and in the Sound and MIDI Library settings I have set the path to the new folder

    Thanks for your help

Have you tried settings > Advanced > Restore MIDI Databases?

As far as the Product Manager discrepancy, is this the Product Manager app installed on your PC or the web version?

    thanks for all your help

    I fix it by

    reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Toontrack\Superior\EZDrummer /v MidiPath /f

maybe I had some regkey setting conflicting when I tried Superior

    thanks again
