I am collaborating with someone remotely. We have synced up the versions of all the software we are running and exchange files via GoogleDrive. I am on a Mac (OS X 10.13.6) and he is on a Windows 10 machine. We are both using Reaper. Everything behaves as expected except for EZ Drummer. We are both using the VST3 v3.0.4 of the plugin, but when we try to open each other’s files, Reaper claims that the plugin is unavailable and is grayed out in the tracks insert slot. Once the plugin is re-inserted on the track, it works fine. But upon saving and re-uploading to Google Drive, the computer at the other end reports the same problem when opening the project. This happens regardless of which machine created the file and inserted the plugin initially.
Anybody else having this problem?
