Sounds interesting 🙂
Yep, I’m all over this. The two examples on the site are really impressive, especially “THAT” sound.

Thanked by: WhagiDamn! Looks like I’m breaking the bank with one more bundle. Now, comes the dilemma of whether I should wait and see what is going to happen by Metal Month and get the bundle then, or take a chance now. The SDX in question in my bundle would be between the Music City SDX and a possible SDX for Metal Month in November. Decisions, decisions.

Thanked by: WhagiFor what it’s worth Music City gets a lot of use here, but my only concern would be that there might be some overlap with this new set (contemporary clean-sounding kits if they’re going the Sting/Vinnie route on a kit). Either way it’s a nice dilemma to have!

Thanked by: Bear-Faced Cow and WhagiDefinatly some Phil Colins power toms in those example sounds and a little bit of the Toto shuffle in the other 😉
Having listened to the demo and kits in the groove pack listed there, I already have a song lined up for this SDX. I’m not worried about possibilities of overlap between SDX’s. Studio spaces & producer touches give them their uniqueness. The Hugh Padgham touch will be just what the doctor ordered for this song.
Oh well, looks like I’m gonna splurge. It’s not like 2022 wasn’t an expensive year for me already.

Take a close look at the image posted. The elements are greyed out, but octobans and a gong drum are in there!

Superior Drummer 3 version: 3.3.3
Operating system: macOS Monterey (12)
Its why Ive just added two extra toms to my kit in readiness 🙂
This SDX sounds really interesting along with the The Eigthies EBX (which releases next week).
However I’m going to wait and see what do they surprise us with in Rocktober and Metal Month.
If pattern serves me correctly, TT released Decades in September 2019 and then Death & Darkness in November 2019. If it repeats itself with Hitmaker, we have have a reason to hope for something for Metal Month. I won’t bank on it, however, but I don’t mind waiting until then to get an SDX bundle.
Not to mention that it would be quite the feat outdoing themselves on Death & Darkness.

Oooo, this sounds perfect for me:
“The product includes 13 ‘clean’ presets based on the acoustic kits and designed to serve as balanced starting points, just for you e-drummers! Each kit has a basic e-drum-centric preset as well as one that loads an alternative snare. These presets also by default load optimal settings for e-drum use, for example extra hi-hat and cymbal articulations. Jam away, drummers!”
4mins to go on my download 🙂
