How to move un-quantized notes to a new track and keep timing the same, no snap

Hey. What is the fastest way to move a selectionof un-quantized notes from one track to another track. The catch is that I want each note to be in exactly the same place as it was on the first track – not snapping to the grid, or being moved manually.

I was hoping for just selecting them and some variation on Shift + arrows or something…

Hi,

I would make a cut at the nearest whole Bar, Copy and then switch to the other Track and Paste at the same location. If there would be no whole Bar near the first notes in question, I would extend the part Boundary by dragging it.

If it’s only e.g. HH notes from one track, I’d right-click when Pasting on the new Track and select to Paste HH only.
