I plan to use both EZkeys and EZbass in a song. Do I have to program the chord progression twice…once in each program…or is there some way to program the chord progression once and have both programs use it?
Thanks.
I usually map out my songs in EZkeys and then import that progression into EZbass.

Thanked by: BradAlso, one thing it took me a little bit of time to figure out… If you want EZ Bass to follow the song chords of EZ Keys but sync playing to SD3, drag the Midi from EZK into EZB. This will bring in Chords. Then, drag in ONLY Midi generated by your selection of what to sync to in the SD3 performance. Make sure a drag directly to the Midi lane only to replace MIDI from EZK.
SD3 3.4, EZK2.1.3, EZ Bass 1.3.1, Win11, i9/9900, all SSDs, 64g RAM, Cakewalk, Studio One
Is there a way that this synching can be done automatically? For example, the chord progression in ezkeys determines the progression in ezbass? Rather than having to do a bunch of drag and dropping, which one then has to re-do if you make a change. If ezkeys were the ‘master’, that would probably make the most sense as ezbass still doesn’t support chords beyond major/minor.
