EZKeys is not ported to run on an IOS. So unless that changes you will need to continue composing your EZKeys tracks on a supported platform and import the resulting MIDI or audio into GarageBand on IOS. Obviously if you are importing MIDI only to GarageBand, you will be using samples for another virtual instrument.
