I am downloading the EZdrummer 3 Core Library to an external hard drive and I get this message…”Download of EZdrummer 3 Core Library has stopped. Verification completed but the download could then not be renamed. Access is denied.” Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

EZdrummer version: 3.0.0

I think this is often caused by antivirus software that automatically scans new files and while that is being done, the containing folder can’t be renamed. (This core library download is a folder and Product Manager needs to rename it after completing the downloading and verification.) Just wait a bit and try to resume – click “Download Product” again.
