Ok, here’s the deal: you, like myself, are one of the unlucky that the search function does not work. As you can see you will be directed to the “search” box at the top of the page and like myself you will type in your search term and – nope. No search for you. It is broken.
I have been going back and forth with the support team about this issue after being unable to use the search function. Try a different browser. Ok, let’s try Chrome on PC – nope. Safari on iOS – nope. Silk on Fire tablet – nope. Bing on PC – nope. Chrome on Samsung phone – YES!
I haven’t heard from the support team for a week but surprisingly I just did a test search from my PC and the search function worked. Will it continue to work? We will see.
Hey, Shootie… the search function has been broken for many of us. I have been going back and forth with support since May 17.
Have you cleared your cookies yet? They posted about a week back saying they worked on it. At the moment it is working for me.

Shootie, nothing helped. It is working today. I was notified that the search bug had been fixed.
Now… anybody know how to change your screen name in this forum. I want it to display the name I use across the web – dokrok5150 – instead if my full legal name. Help a Dr. Rock out.
It is probably working today because your browser cache expired. That’s what should have been cleared when you were notified that it was fixed. I believe TT also stated this.
As far as changing your screen name, I believe you have to reach out to support for this.

Sorry Bear-Faced Cow, you are not correct. Clearing the cache was a suggestion and did not work. All suggestions did not work. As I previously stated I was notified that it was a bug and has been corrected. thank you.
We were told to clear our cache after we were notified of the fix. Clearing it before wouldn’t have any effect. I cleared it after it was fixed and it did work.

I had trouble figuring out that the one on top was for a forum search as well. Where it is located it seems like a site-wide search. Then again, KVR has a weird search tool also.
