I mistakenly purchased EZKeys Midi Pack Key from Guitar Center instead of an EZDrum Midi Pack Key. As this is a download Guitar Center says that they will not issue a refund or exchange. I contacted Toontrack and they replied that since I didn’t “purchase directly from Toontrack there is nothing that Toontrack support can do, please contact the dealer from which you’ve purchased.”
Now each has a bit of my money and I have a useless (to me) key.
Is there someone to contact to resolve this?
