Hi,
in the mixer when right-clicking on any fader or button there are options for “MIDI Learn” and “Reverse MIDI Learn” among others.
However I can’t find the “Reverse MIDI Learn” option for CC binding to HiHat Openness (Settings > E Drums > Mapping), there is only the MIDI Learn option. The way it is now is counter intuitive for me: Turning up the CC does not open it but instead closes it.
Am I missing something?
If not, having the “Reverse MIDI Learn” option for the HiHat Openness and for Snare Zone would be a feature request from me.
Thanks for your feedback!
It’s currently set up to work with most E-Drum modules, but I guess that you are using a MIDI controller with a modulation wheel (or similar)?
Your feature requests are noted.

Hey Andreas,
yes, I am programming with the mouse using the great new EZDrummer 3 features and with a controller keyboard with ModWheel, PitchbendWheel, several pads, knobs, faders & buttons. I’d love to use a knob (or the ModWheel), but as I said it’s a little irritating as intuitively one expects to to open the hihat while turning the knob value up, not down. 🙂
Thank you!
