Hi all,
I have notice since i upgraded to EZ drummer 3, 2 of my ezmix packs have disapperared.
It may be just coincidence it happened when i upgraded to EZ drummer 3.
Has anyone else had problems with ezmix packs disappearing?
Packs that disappeared were
Mastering EZmix Pack
Mastering II EZmix Pack
Hi,
they’re still here for me.
What does the Product Manager application tell you is installed?
Is this in standalone or/and plug-in?

John

Hi John,
In product manager they have gone and also in the plug ins.
When opening projects on reaper it comes up with this alert attached.
Im not sure where they have gone as i have not deleted them.

Hi all still no answers for this problem.
Can someone please help?
That preset in the screenshot is part of the core packs and the most likely reason that you are not seeing the core packs now is that you are using an older copy of the EZmix plug-in in your DAW. Find the old EZmix.dll that is being used and delete it. Open EZmix standalone, select Show Plug-In Path from the Help menu. Add that path (without “\EZmix.dll”) to the VST paths in your DAW.
Your account shows no trace of any Mastering packs having been registered, authorized or downloaded in the past.

Thanks Olof,
I know it does not show up in my account. I think it may have came with easy mix when I purchased it as a bundle.
It does not show up in product manager or in my receipts. I will try what you have advised.
Thanks again.
My EZ mastering three will not show up in my plug-ins even though product manager says it is ready to use. What do I need to do?

Can you post a pic of the EZmix2 interface with the yellow library drop-down menu showing?
