Haven’t picked up EZD3 yet. My question is where does Bandmate get the drum part(s) from ? Is it pulled from existing midi parts installed in EZD3 or is it created on the fly by EZD3 itself and not found in the list of installed drum midi grooves ? And if it is created on the fly by EZD3 can one then save that midi part for later use ?
Also in song creator if one takes the midi part from bandmate and enters it into song creator where will EZD3 get the other midi parts from ? As I understand it in EZD2 it pulls from existing midi files loaded in EZD2. Will EZD3 look at the midi file from bandmate and then look for ‘similar’ patterns in the existing collection or create a new set of patterns based on the one from bandmate ?
