hello. i love ezdrummer 3. i use it with reaper. i have ezbass as well, and with audio sender, i can send from a track in reaper, and it works great, and has a very fast and efficient workflow. With ezdrummer 3 i can not see a way to use audio sender. is this not a feature, or am i just not seeing it. it says to drag and drop audio or midi. i cannot drag from the recorded track in reaper. the only work around i have found is rendering the track on solo, then drag the wav file from the hard drive into the ezdrummer 3 window. please let me know if i am doing something wrong/
I am pretty sure the only way to accomplish that goal is to do as you have done: render out the track, then drag and drop. Maybe someone at Toontrack will see this and let us know of another way – I was disappointed that sending the audio and pressing play did not work. Maybe the algorithm they use analyzes the peaks in the wav file itself, and can’t do it on the fly?
I know this is an old post, but I read this whilst trying to find out how to do the same thing. I then found the post below in the Reaper forums. You hold Ctrl + Alt before dragging and you can drag across to EZdrummer. This works regardless of whether you are using EZDrummer as a standalone or as a track in Reaper.

Thanked by: BHatmanSorry I’m just getting to this thread but I believe you have to run Reaper in administrator mode for this to work.
