  Reboot Mac or PC [Edit: see coders response below, for Logic Pro, a reboot of the Mac may be sufficient – users with DAWs requiring VST3 support are going to have to wait till a later date for that plug-in availability. Workaround, get another DAW- vaj]

  Open EZD 3 Standalone.

  go to Settings >Auto-Save; check Auto-save in DAWs

  With Standalone still running, launch DAW/Logic.

  Add instrument track.

  Should see this:
