Hi
some of the drum sets are not mapped correctly in the mixer. For example there are two channels labeled “timb” on the high tuned reggae drum set but the timbales don’t play through either channel. The timbales play through the channel labeled “Toms” along with the Toms. How do I set the timbales to a unique channel in the mixer so I can have a unique channel in my DAW for the timbales in a multi output set up? Thanks.
They are mapped as intended.
On the High Tuned Library Preset there is one “Timbale” Channel that works fine and that’s it. The other is “Tamb”, short for Tambourine in case you read it wrong.
There is only one single Timbale Group which is on the left of the snare. That’s the one that goes to the Timbale Channel. That’s what you have to work with for a straight forward workflow. If you load a Timbale into a different group, such as Octaban, that’s considered a Tom Group, therefore sent to the Tom Channel. You’re out of luck only in this instance. Consider loading your second Timbale in a different slot that accepts a Timbale, maybe the Hand Drum Group will work for you. Hope that helps.
