Hello together,

under Windows 10, with the latest version of SD3 (3.2.8) it is not possible to open SD3 in Cubase Artist 11. I receive the failure message: ” The installed recources and the plugin are not the same version” (same happens in Cubase Elements 10.5 and Elements 6).

How can I solve this issue?

It sounds like you have moved the plugin .dll from the default location at some point. This is the error you get if you do this. Try deleting it from where it is and upgrading again. Don’t move it afterwards but specify the right place on the installer.

SD3 with older sdx,s plus Rooms of Hansa and Death & Darkness. Cubase and wavelab current versions. Roland TD50x using all trigger inputs for triggering SD3 only. Windows 11 computer. Various keyboards and outboard gear as well as VST instruments. Acoustic drums: Yamaha 9000 natural wood and Pearl masters. Various snare drums. RME BabyFace Pro FS and Adam A7X monitors
