What version of EZD2 is showing on the interface? Has the .dll been moved or copied since it was originally interface?

If it has been, you’ll need to either manual move it back and run the latest update from the Toontrack Product Manager, or delete the .dll and run the update from the Product Manager.

I have a similar issue, I cant upgrade from 2.1.8 to version 2.2 or 2.3 as I get this error in Windows:
“The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package ‘EZ Drummer Update 64-bit.msi
I have spoken to support who don’t consider it an issue with the EzDrummer installer and wont provide a fix.  So I have a few expansions I cant use (they wont refund me) and no idea when a new version of EzDrummer will be released which might overcome this issue.
The reason I am saying this is because if you do upgrade to version 2.1.8 you may still have issues then going to 2.2/2.3 and the newer expansion packs still wont work.
I’m very disappointed with ToonTrack, this is definitely an issue with their installer as I don’t have issues installing any other plug-ins but they are not willing to address it.  I have wasted around 150 EUR on expansion packs I cant use that they wont refund and any new packs they release I know also wont work.
    Good Luck!

    Hi Scott!

The .dll is in my vsti folder, but not directly in the ezdrummer folder- when I try to move it into the folder, it says that ez drummer could not be loaded…

Is that install location the original location or did you move it?

Have you tried to uninstall EZD2 and reinstall it from the Toontrack Product Manager?

    Hi Scott!

It looks like that straightened things out- I uninstalled my version of EZDrummer and reinstalled version 2.1.8 from the product manager- now my Action! EZX expansion pack works just as needed!

So, take note folks in case you have this same issue with any new expansion packs you may download…

Just uninstall original older version 2.1.4 EZDrummer software from your computer and re-install via the Toontrack product manager (version 2.1.8 updated version) and be sure to re-install all the latest updates.

Thanks for your help Scott! X)
