  I have a SD3 and Pro Tools, LUNA and Logic Pro as DAWs. as the picture shows, the midi files cannot be recognized as installed.

  I’ve tried several times re-install the downloaded files, showed installed successfully, guess the midi files had already in the system but somehow cannot tell the Toontrack product manager. there must be a way to go around the system and get the midi files in right places.
