    When and where did you purchase?

    It’s been years but I think I remember the free upgrade to EZD2 was for those that purchased and registered EZD1 after March 14, 2014 (the day after EZD2 was announced) . It looks like you purchased  and registered EZD1 in January 2013. You purchased and registered EZD1 14 months before EZD2 was announced.

    I bought it in January 2013 on the Thomann website. I don’t remember how the update from 1 to 2 went… :-/

    The free upgrade to EZD2 was for those customers that purchased EZD1 between March 14, 2014 until May 6, 2014.
