Hi there,

I recently purchased the Southern Soul EZX. Downloaded the installer, installed the EZX. It appears in EZDrummer but it says “sound library is not working correctly, please install latest update”.

When I try to install the latest update on Product Manager it says “your library seems damaged you will need to reinstall the full product before applying this update”.

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Ezdrummer 2 and Southern Soul EZX but no luck.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

First uninstall the EZX – click Show Details and use the Uninstall option in the menu next to the full installer (when it’s downloaded). Can you uninstall it successfully so that PM then shows it is no longer installed? If so, you should be able to install it again and update it. If not, please describe what happened and attach the file /Users/Shared/Toontrack/Installerlog.log.
